Ralph Northcutt has been a part of the Kelley’s Glass family since 1992. He was personally recruited by the company’s founder—and his brother-in-law—Jerry Kelley. For years, Jerry encouraged Ralph to join the team, but it wasn’t until one pivotal day that Ralph decided to leave his previous job and called Jerry, saying, “If you still want me, you can have me.” It was one of the best decisions he ever made, as Ralph immediately felt at home at Kelley’s Glass, where he has remained ever since.
Ralph has fond memories of working alongside Jerry, who was not only family but someone Ralph deeply admired. His children, Haley and Drew, adored Jerry as well, affectionately calling him “Jelly Kelly.” Today, as the Service & Residential Manager, Ralph oversees a team that continues the company’s legacy of quality craftsmanship and exceptional service—values that have made Kelley’s Glass a trusted name for over 40 years.
