As the original Co-Founder, Lana Carter built the foundation for Kelley’s Glass and Mirror, a start-up business out of the family backyard. From 1984 to 2006, she managed the office, handled the accounting, and was the brain that kept the business running. She left to pursue other endeavors. In April of 2023, Lana re-joined the next generation of KGM during a major growth period and has been instrumental in creating administrative procedures and accounting solutions to keep up with the increase in business. As VP of Administration, Lana is focused on organizing the business and creating Standard Operating Procedures while managing the office and staff. In her spare time, Lana enjoys spending time with friends and family and watching her 12 grandchildren play sports.
